Harding University inducted more than 70 students into the school's chapter of Alpha Chi National Honor Society.

The following people recently were initiated into The Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi, the nation's oldest and most selective collegiate honor society for all academic disciplines.

900 students received a bachelor's, master's or doctoral degree in one of seven ceremonies at Samford University.

Samford University releases deans lists after the close of the fall and spring semesters each academic year. To qualify for the dean's list, a student must have earned a minimum 3.5 grade point average out of a possible 4.0 while attempting at least 12 credit hours of coursework. Dean's List is the highest academic recognition given by the school at the end of each semester.
